Dear All,

I have 3 exchange server 2010 SP2 rollup 6 running on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

I just upgraded from Exchange SP1 to SP2 few month ago.

After the upgraded - some users client, they're having issue with connection to exchange server.

I have head-office and 3 branch.

I noted that:

- All clients in head-office and branch-office running windows 7 with outlook 2010 SP1, all client able connect to exchange server 2010 without interrupt connection

- All clients in head-office and brand-office running Windows XP SP3 with outlook 2010 SP1. all client are having the connection with exchange problem. the connection is interim. mostly their outlook cannot connection to exchange with status "Trying to connect...".

My question is:

1. Is it Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP2 support client running Windows XP SP3 operating system?

2. dose it has any Hotfix to fix this issue?

3. How to fix it?

Noted: all my client is applied the last windows update.

BR,

Khemarin
