I have over 60 users on our system but for some reason 2 users are not getting every email in their outlook 2010 client. The emails come in fine to their Iphones
and if you look in OWA they are there but they are not coming to outlook. It's only a very small percentage that isn't making it but most of the time they are important emails and some have pdf attachments(contracts) and some don't ...... I was able
to get them to come in by turning off exchange cached mode but some emails are still not syncing and things that have been deleted are still there. I'm pretty confused here and would love and appreciate some help here. Thanks ahead of time for
any suggestions possible.
