After migrating a user mailbox from our 2007 exchange to 2010 for some reason the exchange server name is not getting updated to the new CAS server array name we have setup. after upgrading outlook prompts the user to close and reopen outlook
to get new settings, but once you close and open it gives you an error and says to connect again in 30 minutes. looking at the profile settings the server address is still the old 2007 server name and not the 2010. I would think this would get
updated automatically? if it is supposed to function this way does anyone know where this should be updated either on the exchange environment or in AD? any help is appreciated again!
