owa mail send not send for exchange server2013

exchange server 2013 outlook configure error ,web Mail owa mail not send but mail send move to draft

there is a problem with the proxy server security certificate. The name on the security certificate is invalid

or does not match the name of the target site ex.orbit.com.

outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server. (Error Code 10)
