Exchange 2013: OWA Works, outlook doesnt

Hi,

I just did a fresh install of windows 2012 on 2 servers (Both are DC)

On the second server, I just did a fresh install of Exchange 2013

I also installed Office 2013 on the second server. There is no firewall or antivirus installed... Just these products I mentionned.

So basically, everything is fresh install...

I can access the ECP, I can read/send mail from OWA, but if I try to open Outlook 2013, I get an error saying:

"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook windows. The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance".

I did a lot of research and tried many things (Recreate outlook profile, turn off encryption, run outlook.exe /rpcDiag (found nothing weird), Enable IPV6, etc

None of these worked and I can't find any post fixing my problem. The only thing I saw that I didn't do is to pay for a new SSL Cert, but since OWA works, I Believe it's not an issue.

I don't understand how a clean install without further manipulation could cause an issue like this... Outlook, out of the box that cannot access Exchange seems really weird to me and I am banging my head :(

Any help would be appreciated. My last resort is to pay for a paid incident at microsoft...

Thanks in advance
