Missing the calendar events which is delegated to the people

Dear Everyone,

We have one user A which has been delegated the calendar permission (Editor) from user B (BOSS1) and check "Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me". After that, user C has sent of behalf of the user D(BOSS2) the meeting request to user B (BOSS1). However, only User A can receive this meeting request (the meeting in the User A calendar but there have no events in user B (BOSS1)), user B (BOSS1) didn't receive any related meeting request emails. After checking in the exchange tracking logs, there have no User B email address in the related transport records but the actual emails has the user B email address. Do anyone has idea about it?

Our environment:

Exchange 2010 SP1 RU5

Outlook 2010 SP1
