Here is an interesting one for you. We have an Exchange 2010 with Owa and Active Directory. We have someone outside the company that we need to give an e-mail account for use. I already made it, and made sure all e-mail sent and received is also forwarded to the boss.
However, this person will only access OWA, not set up the email on outlook. And on rare occasions, this person will come to the company for meetings. Now I don't think that person will ever have a cable plugged in to access the domain user, but just to make sure, is there a way to allow the user to use OWA, but not permit him to access the domain user or setup outlook with that e-mail?
