We recently moved from a Windows 2008 R2/Office 2010 remote desktop environment, over to Windows 2012/Office 2013. We are now getting an issue for the majority of users where they cannot see any archive folders. This includes their own archive as well as archives
for shared mailboxes, for which they have full access permissions.
Has anyone come across this issue, or have any suggestions?
Other information:
* We are running Exchange 2010 Enterprise
* All installations of Outlook 2013 are Pro Plus - volume License
* The recalled update KB 2881011 is not installed on any of these servers
* We have tried removing then re-adding the account in Outlook
* We have checked that the Outlook account is setup in Online mode
* We have tested with a new user account
* If we go back into the old TS environment, the Archive is still present
Any help will be very much appreciated.
