So the college I'm attending uses the Microsoft Outlook Web Access to run it's e-mail through. And I can't figure out for the life of me how to add my college e-mail address to the Windows 8 Mail App..
When adding an account to the mail app I tried using the "Outlook" option and that didn't work.. It kept saying "We couldn't find settings for your e-mail address" then asking me the Domain and Username... Which I'm not too
sure what it's asking me for there.. Or how to get that information from my college's Outlook Web Access site..
I also tried the "Other" option, it asks me if it's IMAP or POP and I tried both and it tells me it still can't find settings for my e-mail and asks me for The incoming IMAP email server and the outgoing SMTP email server when i try
to use the IMAP option; and it says it doesn't support POP email accounts..
And the third option "Activesync" tells me it can't find my email address' settings and again asks me for a domain and username..
