When I send a meeting request from Office 365, either through Outlook 2010 or OWA, to someone outside of our organization that uses AOL for email (xxx@aol.com), they are unable to
see any of the details regarding the meeting if they are using the AOL online email interface. The subject shows up, but the date, time, location and notes are invisible to the recipient. If the AOL user happens to use Outlook as an email client, all these
details are visible.

For external domains, TNEF is turned off for emails, but I'm not sure if that applies to meeting requests.

Is this problem a known issue with AOL? As I couldn't find any link explaining if it were,
any documentation would be helpful.

What format do meeting requests leave Outlook and OWA in? Is there a way to control the format of an outgoing meeting request in Outlook 2010 and OWA to enable the widest range of clients to be able to
get the pertinent information? Is there a way to control the format of the meeting requests for all users using Powershell.

Thanks for any information or guidance.
