Outlook- Replying to sent mail containing BCC addresses

Hello All Once More!

I have a rather interesting question in which I sincerely hope someone could possibly provide some insight for me, recently I have upgraded my oragnisation to Exchange 2013 from Exchange 2007.

It is all running in co-existence rather nicely. The only feedback I have had is from more of our active email users that report when they perform a certain function it no longer works. I will try to explain it as best I can.

Exchange 2007 Environment

User opens Outlook 2010 sends an email containing roughly 60 addresses in the BCC field. User then goes back to that message from their sent items and clicks on Reply to All and the message opens up with the original message text and all the adresses displayed correctly in the BCC field adds the text and sends the mail message.

Exchange 2013 Environment

User opens Outlook 2010 sends an email containing roughly 60 addresses in the BCC field. User then goes back to that message from their sent items and clicks on Reply to All and the message opens up with the original message text and all the adresses displayed in the BCC field are not populated. Is this the standard behavior for Outlook 2010?
