Constant Password Prompt in Outlook 2013 for Shared Folders

We have a small office set up on Outlook 2013 and Office 365.  We have shared folders that are synced to our Office 365.   Myself and one other colleague keep getting repetitive password prompts for our shared folders located in Outlook 2013.  

I don't need these shared folders in my Outlook, but when I right click to close the shared folder  I get a pop up "This group of folders is associated with an e-mail account.  To remove the account, click the File Tab, and on the Info Tab, click Account Settings.  Select the e-mail account, and then click Remove."   The problem with this is that the account is not listed in my Outlook accounts.

Is there another way to remove this shared folder?

Or is there some way to make the password prompt go away?
