So when using OWA, IE 11.0.9600.17280, on Windows 7 Pro, SP1, from Exchange Server 2010 on an SBS 2K8 server. (yes I know Exchange 2013 is the standard, but I've seen this same effect on a 2013 server, and the issue isn't the server, it's something in the browser, see below)
I get this error message:
"Outlook Web Access has encountered a Web browsing error."
With the following report:

Screen looks like this:
But if you refresh the windows, it generally comes up ok. Then you try to reply to an email, and it does the same thing again. Every time it opens a new window. If you can refresh the window, it seems to fix it. But on a reply, you can't refresh the window without closing it and having it reopen, and re-error, again.
So I figured I would have to live with it. Messed up screens and just able to see enough to reply to emails.
And then I did some housecleaning, and added some of my most commonly used web pages to the start page / task bar. That is, I logged into OWA, then clicked the "gear" in the upper right corner, then clicked "Add site to Start menu". This actually also puts the site icon on the taskbar.
And suddenly it works perfectly! Just wondering if anyone else had seen this? If you are having that error, try it and let us know what happens.
