Using Exchange 2013 SP1 with Outlook 2010 SP2, some clients did not fail over their HTTP connections when DNS was altered for the Exchange SCP, trying to find the reason why or if this is a software bug. Restarting Outlook ratifies this problem,
autodiscover works as expected and DNS (including cache) on the client are showing the correct info (ie updated Exchange Server).
