So, I've got a client that wanted exchange for shared calendars. So, the powers that be ordered exchange 2013 and server 2012.
They get the software, turn it over to me for implimentation, and of course, I run into a bunch of show stopping issues.
First, since EX2013 no longer supports outlook 2003, my client is in a bind. 75% of his staff uses OUtlook 2003. So, he figured he'd just make the staff start using Outlook Web Access. He hates the look of the 2013 OWA. He wants the 2010 look, and for some friggin reason, the 2010 look pulls up on the Android clients. So, we know it is there. How do you make that the default for desktop browers (IE, firefox, chrome, etc)?
Second, shared calendars in the public folders. No access to PF in 2013 OWA? Are you kidding me? Does MS really want exchange 2013 to be another MS Vista? This cannot be true. If so, I have to cancel this project, hopefully have a successful uninstall of EX2013, and go with Ex 2010.
Help me anyone.
