Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.StorageTransientException

Hi Guys,

i just finish to setup exchange 2013, all was working fine until today

I have one user that not able to access mailbox via OWA

other users accessing it without any problem.

when i access via the OWA  https://mail.test.com/owa

I'm getting error as follow

X-OWA-Version: 15.0.847.32
X-FEServer: MAIL
X-BEServer: MAIL

 It should be noted that he is able to access via https://mail.test.com/ECP

with no errors.

when i send email to this user i am getting reply immediately of

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

John(john@test.com) 
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's mailbox is quarantined. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

The following organization rejected your message:mail.test.local



tried enlarge his mailbox - no success

tried retension his mailbox - no success



any idea or direction are welcomed....
