POP configuration

Hello everybody. I installed exchange 2010 , when i open outlook clients connecting via autodiscover.Everything is ok, i can send and receive mails from hotmail and so on. I have non domain computers, that i want to connect to exchange with POP.
Help me with this configuration step by step.How i can do it.
