"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your Outlook data file (.ost)"

Getting this error when trying to load up Outlook 2013 with my work exchange account. It used to work, but suddenly doesn't any more and my admin tells me the account settings haven't changed at all.

Tried deleting and recreating the account.

Tried repairing using scanpst

Tried recreating the .ost

Uninstalled and reinstalled

Tried going into the folders and manually deleting the files and recreating them

Any advice?
