Leaving a copy on server - POP / Exchange 2013 Sp1

friends .. i configured my Exchange 2013 SP1 as POP.. and all working fine.. i am just wondering if this is possible to leave a copy on server always instead of taking careof this form Outlook side as i dont want to land into this situation that client configured the Email on outlook and downloaded all the mails and then comes the laptop crash/ format kind of scenarios.. so requirement is always to have a copy of Email on system.
