We have Office 2003 (moving to 2010 next year).
We have meeting rooms set up (via Exchange). This works OK; meetings can be scheduled, and the room accepts or rejects according to its availability.
However, it is possible for users to open the room’s calendar and enter a meeting directly, rather than inviting to room as a resource.
Is there any way to allow users to invite the resource, and also update and delete their own meetings, but prevent them from editing directly in the resource calendar?
