I have the following error on one user.
Process w3wp.exe (OWA) (PID=8936). the budget for user .... is locked out until 6/30/2014 06:05:36 PM. Max Burst 480000, Recharge Rate 180000, Cutoffbalance: -2147483648.
This seems to be the only user right now and I'm not sure what's causing the issue since the account was fine until 3 weeks ago and this error started.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
