Move-ImapMailboxToExchange FolderMapFile format

Hello,

   First, there was no option to choose an Exchange 2007 forum so I apologize if this is the wrong place for this. (moving on)

   I've searched high and low cannot for the life of me find the format of the '-FolderMapFile' file. Can some one help please? An example would be great.
