hello guys,
in my scenario there are over 700 mailboxes in a campus LAN network. users are already connected to Exchange server using POP3.
we did a migration from exchange 2007 to 2010 and we want to enforce users to use MAPI instead of POP3.
i used OCT to create a PRF file and then I deploy the PRF file using a log on script through Group Policy. the script is successfully deployed. but when I open Outlook, it prompts me with an error saying"Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. the connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
if there are more required settings to configure, please let me know.
