I used to sign in to OWA and I get this kind of view using internet explorer browser:

I used to get this following view in safari and chrome browsers only but now all of the sudden I'm getting in in internet explorer for some reason:
http://i.help.outlook.com/dynimg/IC421348.jpg
I would like to switch back to the view in the first picture is this possible? I tried all the browsers but no luck
