My company is in the process of adopting project management software from ConnectWise, but we are having issues with Outlook Calendaring.ConnectWise (CW) synchronizes calendars between its scheduling and Exchange. With some users, it is pulling an incorrect time zone from the Exchange calendar, and moving the calendar entry to EST when we should be in MST.This only happens to some users and only happens when the original calendar entry is created with Outlook (2010 or 2013).If the original calendar entry is created via OWA, it is always works properly. The problem only occurs when the calendar entry is created with an Outlook client.CW states that they use OWA API’s to query the Exchange calendar. All operations with calendaring work properly outside of CW – time zones are never a problem between our users in normal day-to-day operations. The only time we see an issue is when CW synchronizes calendars between Exchange and CW.I have verified that we are using the proper MST time zone in Outlook and on the desktop OS.Anyone have any ideas? CW is sending me in the direction of Microsoft support.
