When I forward an email from OWA to my Outlook account, or someone else opening the email in Outlook, my signature get trashed with hundreds of extra characters. I am getting complaints about this -- what's more it makes my email look very
unprofessional.
My OWA signature has my name, title, phone number and email address. OWA automatically generates a small phone symbol and inserts it at the end of my phone number in my signature. I don't think it is a coincidence that this is where the scattered characters, 100's of them, begin when you look at the email in Outlook.
Is there a fix?
