Outlook 2013 downloaded from Office 365 won't send outgoing messages. Out going mail Stuck in "Outbox"

I recently purchased Office 365 through Go Daddy.

After installation Outlook 2013, I set up my email account using the autosettings through Microsoft Exchange. At first, everything worked seamlessly and sending emails was not a problem and it is currently not a problem from my lap top I can no longer send outgoing messages form my desktop. I have removed the account multiple times to no avail, restarted outlook 2013, etc but nothing is working to get the outgoing messages sent. 

Please Help, this is killing me!!!!

BTW, I am using MacAfee Internet Security but I have disabled
