Hi All,
We have Outlook 2010 32bit on Win 7 64bit
We have a condition that effects every user (some 450 employees) across various different shared mailboxes (there are many!)
Mailboxes are accessed by users by having these attached to their primary account (via account settings>advanced>add mailbox).
User A and B in the scenario below both have full accees to the mailbox, they have permission given through AD by the Owner.
- User A creates the email and saves it (so it goes to their 'User A' draft folder) 'User A' draft folder)
- User A moves the email from their drafts folder to the drafts folder of the shared mailbox
- User B can now see the Draft email in the Draft folder of the shared mailbox.
- User B opens the draft email from the shared mailbox drafts folder (they may or may not edit it) when they are happy with it, they hit Send
- User B watches in dismay as the email sits in the shared mailbox Outbox folder, never to be sent.
Upon inspection, every user of the mailbox can see (and if they wanted to edit) the message in the Outbox
Pressing Send/Receive does nothing to help the situation
User A can open the email and hit the 'Send' button again, and it will then send without delay (he was the one that originally created it)
All users are in Cached Exchange Mode
No users have the DelegateSentItemsStyle registry setting as 1
This used to work perfectly in OL2003 on WinXP
There have been no Exchange side changes, just the OS and Client Upgrade.
Anyone that can offer any help, or has more questions to help diagnose the issue, please get in touch - it would really be appreciated...
Thanks.
