I have a small office of 5 people all running Windows 7 Pro Service Pack 1 with all updates, & Outlook 2010 via a hosted exchange. For some months now, Outlook has not functioned properly in the office environment. We have been throughALL the usual Outlook troubleshooting to no avail; even a complete reinstall. DittoALL the connectivity tests & all say it's fine - Microsoft analysed Netmon reports in detail. I have replaced my hosted exchange provider and Router but the problem persists. Both Microsoft & my Exchange provider say that things are working fine. We know it isn't because Outlook periodically drops the connection or hangs completely. The only solution is to force close & restart - which gets very frustrating after the 15th time ....
The weird thing is that Outlook functions brilliantly at home! One further clue is that accessing a shared calendar seems to be the catalyst for most crashes.
