Earlier we had created her archive folder in portal because her mail box was full, during that period we were using office 2010.
Now since the archive folder does not support office 2010, we were unable to view her archive folder in outlook which we had created in portal.
The reason behind purchasing the license office 2013 was only to view her archive folder which we have created in portal.
