No RSS feeds or Send/Receive in OWA?

Just beginning to deploy OWA 2013 in our agency. I've noticed that I don't have the ability to get RSS feeds or force a Send/Receive in OWA. Is that expected? Also, I ran across a great chart of OWA versions and features:

Is there anything similar to this with 2013 in it?
