I have a user who was unable to deliver mail to a single specific user. He was receiving aDSN code 5.1.1 error. I followed the advice of this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn479208(v=exchg.150).aspx
Deleting him from auto complete individually did not fix the problem so we cleared the whole auto complete file. Now he is unable to send meeting requests to a different specific user. The error message we are getting is as follows:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Kevin Smith (ksmith@-----.com)<mailto:IMCEAEX-_o%3Dchost_ou%3DExchange%2B20Administrative%2B20Group%2B20%2B28FYDIBOHF23SPDLT%2B29_cn%3DRecipients_cn%3Df047c6c1-424a-45e5-8513-feeb4c45c133@namprd02.prod.outlook.com>
The email address you entered couldn't be found. Check the recipient's email address then try to resend the message. For more tips to resolve this issue see DSN code 5.1.1 in Exchange Online<http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=389363>. If the problem
continues contact your help desk.
