Hi All.
We have an infrastructure with 300+ mailboxes configured on Exchange 2010 SP2 RU 8, all clients accessing exchange with Outlook 2007 SP3 full patched with cached mode active, all clients residing on same network of server - no firewall involved.
We see an issue with outbox folder filling up with message on server, but not visible on local client side.
If we check from client we see different number of items and size from local vs server side, some e-mail, at random, remain in outbox on the server.
There are no sync problems affecting
If we configure outlook to work in online mode we see the messages and can delete them (also if we login with OWA Lite we see outbox and can purge them), however using this mode burden the server and working with outlook client is far less comfortable (searching, deleting, viewing, etc is far less "speedy" )
We have seen some circumstances searching on the web, but only solution found was "use online mode" - not usable for us for the point up.
We have also tried KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948984/en-us
but not no avail. (in fact the message is not move, it's already been sent with no further actions)
Can someone point some suggestion to solve the problem ?
Maybe an update to SP3 to Exchange 2010 may solve issue ?
