We are running MS Exchange Server 2007 on a central server also running SBS 2010. Our nodes are all running Win7. All updates have been applied. I had several server side rules operating perfectly, primarily to move emails with certain words or from certain senders to appropriate folders.
In February, our server suffered a catastrophic failure. Fortunately, we were ultimately able to rebuild our raid array and then transfer the entire disk image to a new drive that is now our primary drive. However, since that occurred, all server side rules refuse to function for any emails received from outside our domain. They function perfectly and automatically on emails from within our domain. They function fine manually when I do so. However, they will not operate automatically.
I have tried every conceiveable fix on the user side. My IT guy has tried every conceivable fix on the server side. Auto forward emails is selected in the Hub Transport. Everything appears fine... except my rules won't run. Neither
of the other two members of the firm on the same domain have this problem.
HELP!!!
