Require unread email count of users mailbox in Exchange 2010 Organisation wide

Dear All,

We require a solution that helps extracting report that provides information on number of unread items in user's mail alongwith last login , and thier display name

email server we use is exchange 2010.

We tried below article. However , it does not provide any details on number of unread message.
