Cannot change the fond color when customizing the OWA. Exchange 2013.

Hi All,

please give me a solution on below questions. image has been attached with marks in red for your reference.

When customizing OWA page on Exchange 2013,

1. Customized Favicon is changed to the default after login the OWA.

2. i cannot change the font color of "Sign In"

Please give me your suggestions to resolve this.
