Team Calendars - How to show a managers team calendar when that manager reports to you

If a manager has other managers that report to them, is it possible to have the lower level manager's "team calendars" show up in the higher level manager's Outlook 2010 calendar view.  Or are these other team calendars going to have to be manually created and maintained?
