Outlook 2010 - Folders missing from folder view but visible in Folder Sizes screen

Weird problem here. About 2 months ago, a folder I had under the Inbox all of a sudden just disappeared. This missing folder also had 6-7 subfolders within it that also went missing. Just earlier, I decided to check my mailbox size and somehow, the folders I thought I had lost are all appearing in the folder sizes listings, along with the size of the data within them. All of the folders listed in the screenshot below, including the ones blanked out, are missing from Outlook.

I'm been using Outlook 2010 connecting with OA to Exchange 2007. Autoarchive is turned disabled, and I do not use any PSTs. I have checked and rechecked all folders to see if the missing folders were inadvertently moved anywhere else but I cannot find them anywhere.

Any ideas or suggestions?

EDIT: The folders are NOT showing up in OWA or on another machine that also is running Outlook 2010 for this same account.
