We recently underwent a domain change
Since then I have a user who, when she tries to share her calendar in Outlook 2007, the To: field is greyed out. If she tries to add users from the GAL or her contacts, it generates the "Calendar Sharing is not available with the following entries because of permission settings on your network"
When prompted she is able to email her calendar fine. Autocomplete on her email also works fine
It must be a setting or something on the local machine because if she sets up outlook on another machine, everything works fine and she can successfully send invites to others.
She is running Outlook 2007 on XP SP3, domain environment with an Exchange server (2007 I believe)
On the "broken" machine I have:
created a new mail profile
created a new Windows Profile
renamed her NK2 file
Removed and reinstalled Outlook
Removed and reinstalled Office
looked in MFCMapi.exe, but unable to find anything which might be causing this (although my knowledge of using this tool is almost nonexistant)
used NK2edit to look for any invalid emaill addresses
removed users who had permissions associated with the old domain and added those users from the new domain
all with no success
As I said it must be something broken on the local machine because setting up outlook on another machine works fine
Everything else on the "broken" machine, including all other functions of email and the calendar, appear to be working fine
Short of going through the hassle of reimaging her computer, does anybody have any other suggestions?
