Outlook Web App incorrect information about features and browser compatability

The Outlook Web App help pages are riddled with incorrect information. Microsoft want to charge me £199 to tell them this by phone. It is incredibly frustrating as this misleading information is preventing me from using the OWA as I need to use it.

The browser compatability list suggests that iOS6 and later supports the full/best version when they only seem to support the Light version. Using Safari on an iPad Air allows you to select the Light version when you log in but ignores your choice and forces the Light version on you whether you wanted it or not:

Once in the OWA light version, the instructions for switching to the full version are either out of date of simply incorrect (there are no options as described):

According to this help page, the From field is shown with every new email. It is not. The From field is deliberately excluded from the current Light version for some unknown reason. This is absolutely critical to me as I need to send via Exchange distribution groups:

How can Microsoft publish such misleading help information?
