We have a exchange 2010 environment where agenda's from all our users are being shared.
When an appointment is created in somebody's agenda Exchange generates some kind of initials and appends them to the title of the meeting. We dont know how this was enabled it just happened. This appears to be our only exchange 2010 setup that does this.
We now have one big problem with a certain user. Whenever this person creates an appointment in some other user his or her agenda the initials of the organizer wont show. In some cases it even shows random initials from some other AD user.
Is this some kind of option that can be enabled on exchange? Where does Exchange gets the user initials from?
