We recently migrated from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013. All users are either using Outlook 2011 for MAC or Entourage for MAC. Lately, I have about 10 users complaining about their calendar taking 30 seconds to fully load. You can see this when you switch from month to month as it tries to populate the data. I have noticed the same on a Windows 7 pc running Outlook 2010. What odd is that if I go back to the year 2012 and cycle between months it goes very smooth, it's only when I start viewing items from say Oct 2013 to present where it just crawls.
Can anyone provide any insight on what might be causing the lag of the calendar? I have tried switch from cached to online mode and no change. Is EWS responsible for providing the calendar to clients and is there any way to confirm they are using the proper internal url?
