OWA Windows Integrated Authentication Client Timeout

Hello everyone,

We have Exchange 2010 and have setup an extra OWA site that we use for employees to access from inside our network.  It uses Integrated Authentication so they don't have to enter their credentials to login.

The problem that we appear to have is after some time of inactivity (15 minutes or so) if they try to open a URL from within their email it displays an error "Your request couldn't be completed. This may have occurred for security reasons or because your session timed out."

According to what I have read there are two different timeout values involved here.  One for "Public" computers that should default to the 15 minutes and one for "Private" computers that should default to 8 hours.  In addition when using Integrated Authentication it is supposed to default to "Private" and use the 8 hour timeout.

That does not appear to be happening in our environment.

Any help would be appreciated.
