Hi all,
If we migrate user from exchange 2010 to 2013 then 80% of the time Outlook wont connect to the server.Status is disconnected.
Tried to set it to offline,exit and start outlook,still no go.
Tried to repair the account,still no go.
If i go in account info,servername is still pointing to the old casarray name instead of getting database guid.
If we create new profile then everything works.
For users running Outlook 2010 its 99% successfull everytime.
We have over 1k users to migrate,so i hope this isnt by design and we need to create new profile for every user we migrate?
What might cause this problem?
