Any ideas how to figure out where a shared mailbox message that is sent once, submitts to the mailbox server 11 times?
We have shared mailboxes using Outlook 2010 on Exchange 2007. The outlook client has been configured on Windows 7 workstations to have sent items and deleted items returned to the shared mailbox, instead of the users sent or deleted items folder. I can see in the shared mailbox that only one message is actually sent from the Outlook client. However intermittenly (twice in eighteen days), I can see in the Exchange Message tracking logs that 11 messages were submitted, each of the submissions have a unique MessageId. Messages are not stuck in the outbox. The reports we are getting are from a group that log onto the workstation with a different set of credentials then the credentials required to logon to their Exchange 2007 mailbox. The Outlook client is in online mode.
Thank you for any assistance
