I have recently set up a single Exchange 2013 server and am having issues sending e-mails larger than 10MB when using Outlook Clients. I have already set the Send Connector to MaxMessageSize Unlimited and can send e-mails larger than 10MB when I use the OWA client but when I use a Live Mail or Outlook client I get the following Error.
This message could not be sent because its size exceeded the server's limit. You can use the option, located in Tools | Accounts | Properties | Advanced, to break messages into smaller parts.Subject 'Second Big E-Mail'

I have followed the instructions here

and here

and have restarted the server and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue may be on a fresh single box Exchange 2013 server?
