I'm running Exchange 2013 and connecting to the mailbox via Outlook 2013. What is happening is I'm getting appointment notifications that another user creates yet no other users share anything with my mailbox. I'm trying to find a way that I can see where those appointments are coming from and how to stop it.
What I think happened was when I was testing out some powershell scripts (new-importmailboxrequest/new-exportmailboxrequest) to import an former employees
contacts to the manager's mailbox/contact list, it also imported appointments and tasks as well from that mailbox. Now it seems like my mailbox and the manager's mailbox are some how linked since they both imported the contacts. Is there a way to see if the
mailboxes are linked or why Outlook is pulling in those appointments from another user?
