Sync Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 with M. Outlook

Hi,

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.7 now, I also have an office email wich use M. outlook on my laptop, but I cannot create this email in my tablet. My friend who use Galaxy S4 are capable to create his office email. but when i use the same way, it still cannot connect. Plz show me how to create it.
