What does 'The action cannot be completed. The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list.' mean in regards to an Exchange account in Outlook 2013 (office 365)?

Current I'm trying to run an Exchange account in Outlook 2013 (Office 365), and the problem I run into is the error message 'The action cannot be completed.  The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list.', and I'm not sure what this would indicate.  The small organization is using Office 365 Small Business Premium (hosted exchange), but using it's own domain to login in and e-mail.  IMAP and POP3 settings work fine in Outlook 2013, just not Exchange.  I'm wondering if it is a problem with the DNS records.  What does that message mean in regards to my situation?

Thanks.
