I have a few users who are having some problems with their archives. They are not able to see them in their Outlook Desktop Applications, but they are visible on the OWA. I work for a university and all of this started happening after they upgraded their system to 2013. I am trying to figure out if this is something I can fix from the users PC's or if I have to take it up the chain.
